Privacy Policy provided in accordance with article 13 of the Legislative Decree nr 196 of June 30, 2003 and article 13 of the European Regulation 679/aral Data Protection Regulation).

1. Classification of collected Data

The present information is issued according to the provisions established by the Legislative Decree nr 196 of June 30, 2003 (the “Privacy Code”) as well as in compliance with European Regulation 679/2016 (the “GDPR”) and applies to parties who access the website www.orsinigioielli.it (respectively the “Users” and the “Website”) and to navigate within the same.

  • The types of collected Data are the following:

Navigation Data

The simple navigation on the Website implies the implicit collection of the so-called “Navigation Data” which do not permit any identification, direct or indirect, of the User, including:

When you provide Data of third parties you must be sure that they are adequately informed and that they have consented to the treatment of the same Data, assuming your personal responsibility and consequences. 5. Export and cancellation of the processing of Personal Data

To export your Personal Data or request the cancellation, you can send a request to the email address privacy@orsinigioielli.it . Your Personal Data will be exported within 30 days or 3 months, in case the export is particularly complex. The Data removal will take place within the specified technical times and in accordance with the Data retention period indicated at point 7, which will not, however, exceed 30 days.

6. Exercise of your rights

Anyone who has provided us with their Personal Data can:• receive from the Owner information related to the existence, in our systems, of their Personal Data, on their origin, on the purposes of processing and, in case of request, obtain access to their Data and information under article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation – European Regulation 679/2016;• request the modification, removal, and limitation of Data processing in the event that one of the conditions provided under article 18 of the General Data Protection Regulation – European Regulation 679/2016 occurs;

  • oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data or revoke the consent at any time;• receive their Personal Data and transmit them to another holder without impediments;

The exercise of your rights as an interested party is free under article 12 of the GDPR. However, in case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, also due to their repetitiveness, the Owner may charge a reasonable fee, on the basis of the administrative costs incurred to manage the request or, otherwise, deny the satisfaction of the request. 7. Data retention

The Data will be held in paper and/or electronic/informatic form and for the time strictly necessary to meet the purposes indicated at point 2, in any case for a period not exceeding 24 months, except for different temporary regulations or until the revocation of the consent expressed by the interested party. For direct marketing and profiling purposes, Data retention will take place for the maximum period required by applicable law (24 and 12 months respectively). Invoices, accounting documents and transaction Data are stored for 10 years in accordance with the law (including tax obligations). In case of exercise of the right to be forgotten, the Data will be stored in a protected form and with limited access, for the purposes of ascertainment and repression of crimes, for a period not exceeding 12 months from the date of request. They will be subsequently deleted or rendered irreversibly anonymous.

7.1 Data protection

Data are collected by the subjects indicated at point 4 of this informative note, according to the indications of the relevant legislation. The Data will be processed according to the logic and the purposes set out at point 2 and the security measures provided by article 32 of the General Data Protection Regulation EU Regulation 679/2016.
